Delivery Address – Please double-check your delivery information before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us via email or Instagram within 24 hours. If the package is returned due to customer error, reshipping fees will apply.
 

Shipping – Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package goes missing, we recommend contacting your local postal service with your tracking number for assistance.
 

Handmade Variations – Because each piece is individually crafted by hand, slight imperfections and variations are to be expected. Please check out the description of each piece to see the condition of our product (i.e. excellent condition, poor condition, slightly stained, etc.).
 

Care Instructions – Our items are designed to be delicate. To maintain their design and longevity, we recommend gentle spot cleaning by hand if necessary and not to scratch at our designs. Avoid exposure to stains and handle with care. Over time, some fraying may occur; if needed, you can carefully trim any loose threads to keep your tie looking its best.
